I am a 26 year old male. Over the past week my left eye has been watering nonstop and therefore also causing blurry vision. I was also having an intense amount of pressure behind my eye and pain in my eye that spread all he way back to my head and my ear canal. That has since dissipated but I still am having watery and blurry left eye. Also recently when I lie down i start to get lightheaded, this only happens when lying down and I keep waking up having to sit up at night because I get lightheaded.
