I have gone through the findings.
THe semen count is very very low.
Also, the test is not properly done,since other parameters are just not mentioned - such as semen motility and semen morphology.
The test should be repeated after 3 days of abstinence at a proper reputed laboratory.
If it still shows such an abnormal reading, then you need a consultation with an Andrologist.
There are various causes for a poor semen count - age, genetic abnormalities, hormonal deficiency, smoking, drinking, drugs, radiation, exposure to heat locally, toxins, infection, blockage of tubes etc.
Various investigations such as - internal exam, scrotal ultrasound, hormonal levels, need to be done to know the cause.
