You seem to be having cellulitis, it's a bacterial infection of the skin and soft tissues.

I would recommend that you need to take a course of oral antibiotics like roxithromycin. That will treat the cellulitis.

It would be advisable to start the medications as soon as possible.

For pain, you can take paracetamol tablet twice a day.

Application of neosporin cream over the affected area will be helpful.

You can stop the application of savlon.
