Back pain, muscle spasm with FLAT FOOT. XRAY, MRI.

Greetings docs,

I've been suffering from mild to severe lower back pain for 1+ year now. I've consulted 5 specialized doctors already, went to 2 different Physiotherapy centers and the still no improvements. The doctors said my back is perfect except for a mere muscle spasm. So I think I took over 15 kind of meds over the last year. Still nothing.

The latest doctor said the problem is with my feet, he diagnosed me with Flat Feet. So he recommends that I use Arch support with my shoes, which I did for a couple of weeks with Myonal and Celebrex pills. However, the pain didn't ease. I've done everything I could. Please help, this pain is getting the best of me.

I'll attach the X-Ray along with the MRI images.

I'm a 26 years old guy with no other joints/bones problems and haven't done any surgeries related to the matter.

Ovarian cancer does not cause recurrent UTI. Your daughter is 24 years and anyway her likelihood of having ovarian cancer is very minimal.
Ultrasound usually picks up any ovarian abnormalities if present.
You should stop worrying and no further tests are required for your daughter.
