Back pain with 4TH stage BONE CANCER in SCAN reports.

sir,

my father is suffering with severe back pain.. on consulting few doctors and after undergoing few lab tests they declared that he is in 4th stage of bone cancer.

I understand your concern.
There will be no reaction between the alcohol and Zolpidem ( Ambien ), but the worrying factor is gastritis from the beer consumption.
The insomnia will resolve only when the alcohol is completely metabolised. Meanwhile you need to make sure that you have adequate food, and take Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg once or Syrup Sucralfate, to make sure there is no gastric irritation.
But regarding the insomnia, nothing can be done till it metabolises. If you develop any gastric irritation and insomnia persists beyond a day then you can repeat Ambien and follow up with me.
