Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
This is a disorder of anxiety and occurs cause of imbalance of certain neurotransmitters in the brain. especially serotonin, nor adrenaline, and dopamine to some extent. This needs to be treated or else it will impair your day to day functioning and may get worse with time. Medicines are the best options to take care of these symptoms. Paroxetine is the most popular medicine and my drug of choice. I generally prescribe my patients 12.5 mg per day at night which takes care of anxiety symptoms. Also certain medicines like propranolol and clonazepam can be give as required when there is a panic episode or expected situation where panic attack can appear.
Also there is an option of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This therapy is taken by either a psychologist or a psychiatrist in which the therapist identifies impaired cognitions (Thoughts) and try to correct them. They are 15-20 min weekly session and there should be around 8-10 sessions to help you with your illness.
Hope this helps,

I can talk to people who don't know the incident but when i see people who knows about it, it gives me real bad feeling and I can not talk to them or even looking at the pictures of them on facebook faces me a shake and shiver. My mother in-law gave me a very nasty letter and whenever I go see them I get this bad feeling and it lasts for days after I see her. She doesn't give me anymore hustle. But this means I shouldn't see them at all? Should I unfrie these people from my facebook?
also I have this feeling that I wish some bad things happen to these people who left me in the situation. Very dark and black feelings. I don't know how to handle this.
I heard that medicines and anti suppressants has a bad side effect. Do you think it's worth a try?
Thanks for sharing further details.
The symptoms that you have mentioned do suggest that the illness you are having is quite significant. This will require treatment or else with time, the illness may get bad.
Antidepressants are safe and widely used across the world. Not taking them will be a bad decision and detrimental to your health.

Thanks for your reply. What makes you think that I need medication? I'm hesitating because of the side effect.
Please give me the criteria of diagnosis. My counsellor said it's normal to feel this way. But I think it's rather long to have this feeling.
The statements ' I have a bad anxaety', 'I constantly feel anxiety and it comes back repeatedly', ' hate feelings towards my friends and the person who left me', 'faces me a shake and shiver.', 'Very dark and black feelings'. All these suggest that you are in a lot of distress and need treatment for the same. Although the diagnosis needs to be confirmed by a face to face interview, it certainly seems that there is an element of depression.
What makes you think that depression meds are very bad medicines? I use them daily for my patients and till now the only problem some of them reported is that occasionally it may be drowsy or have alight headedness, some have nausea and some report weight gain. But these are also very rare. You may continue your therapy as well but if its not helping you then medicines are the best bet.
Patient replied :
Thank you. I went to excercise today. I like dancing but these days, anything I do won't make me feel better. I feel sad all the time. Feels like I shouldn't be
here or else where,. I feel worthless and need to disappear.
Do you think I should get these medicines then I will be better?
Yes I would suggest medicines for you.
Have you ever tried medicines? Why so much apprehension? Did you have any bad experience about the medicines?
