I understand your concerns. 'Benign prenatal/perinatal hx' means exactly that. It stands for benign prenatal and perinatal history, which means that there were no perinatal or prenatal concerns. It means that you had a normal preganancy and uneventful labor free from any complications. So please do not worry. Some medical terms may appear scary but they are actually 'benign' - harmless.

Thank you for your answer. I am not worried, just bothered. Wouldn't "normal" or "unremarkable" be a more accurate word choice? "Benign" sounds like concerns existed but classifed as harmless.
Yeah sometimes it doesn't make sense.
However it means it's absolutely harmless and the pregnancy was uneventful.
But i agree ' normal ' or ' unremarkable ' is definitely better choice.
