My father has black, protruding, bumpy spots on his legs that are slowly going farther up his body. They are painful and only go away after a long time. Painful even with just pants on. They do not produce any puss, and when squeezed, if hard enough, only blood will come out. They will leave a black scar after they stop protruding, and will cease to be painful. It started 4 years ago and has only gotten worse.

He is a diabetic, is on dialysis, and has seen multiple doctors, dermatologist and oncologist who have been unable to diagnose his ailment. They have taken samples of the granular bumps and have sent them to the laboratory but the results were inconclusive. They have prescribed antibiotics that did not make a difference.

He also has shivers throughout the day. He feels cold inside his body that cannot be remedied with any warm clothing, but instead, he skin gets hot, and he stays cold on the inside.

He also gets dizzy a lot. Sometime it is attributed to high blood pressure, but there are times when he is dizzy and his blood pressure is normal.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated as we are running out of options.
