calf burning: calf burn at night when I’m resting and when i wake up also when i rest my calf on sharp edge it hurts as if the vains have flared up

dry eye lids: mainly after shower eyes get really dry and itchy
dry mouth: when taking part in sports activity mouth goes so dry sometime i feel like I’m going to choke on the lack of saliva produced
gum bleeding: through out the night heavy gum bleeding, when i wake up too much bleeding
feet skin problem: constant skin problem around the feet both legs
lipoma: too many lumps around the stomach region and keep getting new ones as time goes on, have a really big one on the back sholder right hand side
fatigue- constantly feeling tired
round the neck - when i do press ups or other work out feels like nerve is streched
gas - constant build up of gas in the stomach
