Rhabdomyosarcoma ( RMS) needs chemotherapy in relapsed status. Can you mention what drugs were used in first line chemo?
A second line regimen of chemotherapy may be useful for prolonging survival. Palliative drugs can also be used to minimize symptoms.

Hello Sir,
Thanks for your prompt response.
She was given VAC and IE alternately during the first course of chmeotherapy. But currently doctor told like, further treatment cannot proceeded and that we needs to move on for palliative care.

Is there no option to have a surgery to remove the primary tumor and then giving radiation therapy to the others. Its just a optimistic question from my end.
