I have difficulty swallowing at times, and I feel like I need to vomit a lot, like something is in the back of my throat. I get headaches a lot and dizziness, and sometimes blurry vision (when I'm not wearing my glasses, but sometimes with them). I feel run down and tired a lot, even if I get the required amount of sleep. No matter how much sleep I get, I always feel tired. I don't know if these symptoms have something to do with stress and anxiety, or if they're because of something else. Should I be worried?
