Firstly, chances of contracting STDs from oral sex itself has a very low incidence. There is no risk of HIV from the exposure you had. However, the STD that can be transmitted through oral sex, provided the prostitute had open sores in her mouth, is Herpes. So, you need to wait and watch if you develop any sores or rash in the genital area.
But to specifically talk about HIV, it is not possible to get HIV from oral sex. There are some studies that claim, there is a very small chance of developing HIV from oral sex, but that only happens when a partner receives ejaculate in the oral cavity and not for the one ejaculating.

long back i did 69 with a girl (not prostitute) where i did not lick the vagina that much but for a few seconds which was about 5-7 seconds may be, could i have contracted anything there? this was 2-3 years back.

Again, from this exposure ( although very less chances ), the only STI that you could have contracted is Herpes.
Since it was 2-3 years back, you can safely ignore.

so as you said, nothing appeared in the genital area but did genital area also include thighs? i have this thing on my thighs. Although i sometimes get these around my wasit or sometimes on my thighs because i do not drink water at all and drink a lot of coffee which creates heat inside my body. I have been told this is the reason i sometimes get boils like this but i could be wrong too.
attaching an image. its on my inner thigh about 12-14 cms from my croch area in the center. Its not really itchy. I just noticed it because i rubbed against it while getting up n then it itched so not sure if it appeared today or yesterday since i did not feel it at all.

This looks like a folliculitis and definitely not any STD.
I will recommend application of Mupirocin ointment 2-3 times daily for 7 days on the boil and to keep the area clean.
This will get better once the ointment is applied.
