I'm a 27 year old female.

I have been having ear pain and fever for the past 2 months. Since the past month and a half, I have had severe itching all over my body. For about a month, I had a very severe cough with a metallic taste. Over the past week, the cough has started to recede and is now infrequent (2-3 times a day). There has been intermittent fatigue (moderate to severe), and shortness of breath. I have been to two general physicians, two ENTs and a pulmonologist, and no one has an explanation for the fever in particular. For the past few days, I have had nausea, loss of appetite, and underarm pain.

On Sept. 17th, an ultrasound of the neck found: Ultrasound Neck - Bilateral level 1B and level II nodes are seen (right side > left side). Largest node on the right side measuring 1.1cm. Nodes are discrete and show preserved hilar fat. Probably non-specific. Normal thyroid morphology. Doctors dismissed this as irrelevant. Today, a pulmonologist said I have a very small lymph node just under my right collar bone, and recommended an FNAC / open biopsy (if the node was too small for sampling). Another doctor I went to after that found nothing.

I have documented all the tests, medications, and fever record in the attached sheet.

Kindly advice on how to proceed. I am really worried.
