This is not dangerous. However do not over strain. If the pain is persisting even now and /or if there is any of the following symptoms -

1. Vomiting
2. Passing of blood
3. Trouble in passing urine
4. intermittent coliking pain

you should get medical help without delay. If you force or strain yourself for passing stools it might get worse. Make sure you have taken enough water, as Dulcolx need water for its mechanism of action. You can also try a warm sitz bath. Hope this helps
