So, you can continue with the regimen your doctor gave you.
Also, you need to continue Ofloxacin-Ornidazole for 3 days.

Thanks a lot doc, but I still have cramps and lose motions, also some time my heart beats moving fast, I don't know why. Also I hv a little blood while passing the stool. Kindly suggest can I start librax.?? I M just afraid from its side effects. Firstly prescribe me to control my loose motions. And suggest can I start librax. If you want the composition of librax then I can provide . But I don't think so to provide you such details.

The bleeding in the stool could be due to your IBD itself and hence Librax will help.
The increased heart rate can be due to anixety.
To control your loose motion, you can take Tab. Loperamide SOS after every hours till the loose motion stops, besides the Ofloxacin-Ornidazole.
Do not worry about the side effects. Librax is mostly well tolerated. You should start Librax, it will also bring down your anxiety levels which might be increasing the heart rate.

Dear doc, I had the first dose of librax but my heart beat is still fast.. Regarding my loose motions after librax it's little bit in controll now. But will librax help regarding the fast heart beat . .??
