Feet is feeling warm with old cut injury in toe.

Hello,

Playing soccer I cut my toes with my toe nail. It has been two weeks and I have tried to look after it, but I am a chef and I spend 12/13 hrs on my feet in a warm environement. As you can see it's not looking too good. I saw a pharmacist who said I should just try to place my feet in a little bleach in warm water three times a day. What's your opinion? Thank you,

I have seen the images, and I would strongly disagree with your pharmacist.
Since you're a chef and you stand for such long periods, you need to get the wound cleaned with betadine twice daily and apply a dressing on it.
If there is any discharge or pus, you may also need Mupirocin ointment.
