Forcing out stool with smaller stool movement. COLON CANCER?

Resolved Question:

I have been obsessively worried about colon cancer for two years. Lately, I wake up early occasionally forcing out stool, and often have a much smaller stool movement 4 hours later.

No blood, 4 negative fit tests. small stools in pieces.

Can you please tell me why you are so worried about colon cancer? Do you have a positive family history? What is your age? Have you ever noticed any bleeding in your stool? If there has been no bleeding and the stool is normal, then there is no reason to be worried about colon cancer.
