Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
As such, the incidence of HIV transmission and infection from oral sex is extremely low, and no such case has ever been reported where HIV has been transmitted exclusively by oral sex. The only way HIV can be transmitted through oral sex, is if a woman gives oral sex to a man who is HIV positive, and he ejaculates inside her mouth, provided she has some buccal or oral mucosal lesion.
As such, female discharge has low viral load, so transmission chances are miniscule. Only repeated intercourse with a female HIV patient, can spread HIV to non-infected partner.
Hope this was helpful,
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Patient replied :

Ok but what if I gave head and the other person didn't cum I'm my mouth? I mean that it was for extremely short time and there was no cuming. Although I also know that there are some leftovers without cumming. There is a tiny bit of spurm that comes out without cumming. Does it make any risk? I'm sure that I didn't swallow anything but still it's freaks me out badlly. When can I take a bllud test? There is something that I can do right now to proven anything from happening?

No, precum does not contain enough viral load to transmit the infection.
Please do not worry, even with full ejaculation, the chances of getting HIV through oral sex is very low.
If you still want to take a blood test, that can be done at the end of 6 weeks, the 4th generation test can be taken.
And PEP can be taken within 72 hours, not beyond that.
Regards.

Patient replied :

First of all I'm very grateful for your quick reply. I'm sorry if I'm been rude I'm just seruslly freaking out. I can't get any sleep and havnt eat anything for a long time and this information that you give me help me a lot over here so thank you very much! But I still. Precut of men and women are different? Or precum of both genders are the same? You see, english isn't my first language so I didn't understand the last part about the tests. When can I get result? Can I take a test today and check my health specifically for right now? There is some pill maybe that I can take to proven any future problem? Thanks again. And sorry about my bad english and many questions. I just won't be able to sleep until I'll calm myself down

Hello,
Please do not worry, I am here to help you.
Pre-cum is only for men, women have slight discharge which does not have enough viral load, and there is no way HIV can be transmitted thorugh that.
So, you have no chance of getting the infection only from oral-sex.
You can get the testing done 6 weeks from exposure if you want. The medicine which can be given to prevent AIDS after exposure has to be done within 72 hours.

Regards.

Patient replied :

6 but what if I gave a head to a male? Does His precum also harmless? This is critical

Precum of males also does not contain enough viral load to infect you.
So, do not worry.
I can understand all your apprehensions.
Based on the history you gave, you have no chance of getting HIV.
I will though ask you to get the test done for your own satisfaction after 6 weeks from the exposure.
Regards.
