Headache, loose motions, fever, chills with stomach infection.

Hi ,
Three Weeks Before i was having stomach infection , i was having headache loose motions fever and chills and acidity.
i got treated for it i had Colespa Retard , Cifran Ct and unienzymes and Anitbiotic.
i am not suffering from loose motions , fever and chills but still have Headache , fatigue , dizzines, unable to sleepwell or sleepliness and acidity.
i was also diagnoised with lack of b12 and d3 , whose medications i have stopped as of now.
Please let me know what is the issue with my body and why i am not able to sleep well and why my legs get cold.

Your current set of symptoms are not because of the previous, rather the symptoms of headache, dizziness, fatigue, lack of sleep could all be due to the low vitamin b12 levels.
Why did you stop taking the drug? And what was your level before you started the medicine?
For acidity, you should take a 2 week course of Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily.
It will be better if you can attach all the reports for me to review.
