You are probably having an acute stress reaction after seeing this facebook post. This may persist for a few days (1-2) and then resolve. However, if its troubling a lot then you may take some clonazepam 0.5mg to reduce your anxiety. You may also indulge yourself in various other activities like walks, gardening or chatting on phone to keep your self busy so that you dont think about it. The medicine will work well for you.
