Resolved Question:

CC: irregular heart rate; chest tightness; SOB; lightheadded, and fatigue -- Had a CT Angio - Results were Left Coronary Artery 4mm; circumflex artery 3mm; RCA is a small caliber vessel measuring around 2mm at its origin and rapidly tapering. The conus branch and SA nodal arteries arise from the right coronary and does and acute marginal artery. Distal to that point, the right coronary is an extremely small caliber vessel and is difficult to evaluate -- Left dominant circulation--- 24 hour holter - The heart ranges from 48bpm to 128bpm with no exercise - average rate of 73 - Tachycardia noted a total of 66 minutes and bradycardia noted a total of 209 minutes - rare PVC notes representing <0.1% of the total beat count; Ventricular ectopy is notes as 1 isolated beat; Rare SVE's are noted representing <0.1% of the total beat ----- DOC states everything is fine however I am still having symptoms --- Do you think this warrants a 2nd opinion???

Your ct angiography report is normal. Your holter doesn't show significant arrhythmias. There doesnt seem to be any worrisome entity here. You should get a 2d echo done. Apart from that nothing more needs to be done if 2d echo is normal.
