I can understand your concern.

You seem to be having allergic contact dermatitis. I would recommend application of cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for two weeks. It doesn't seem to be a fungal infection.

Allergic contact dermatitis could be secondary to using a condom or using a lubricant.

Cortisone cream is over the counter. Mupurocin cream will need a prescription.
