Pain, blood during defecation due to ANAL FISSURE.

Hello, less than br greater than I an 26 years old patientold female.I have anal fissure since 4 weeks.I have been taking plenty of fruits as well as fibre supplements and fluids but the fissure has not healed yet.It is associated with pain during defecation and streak of blood along the stool.Kindly help.
