My husband is 67 years old patientold. In July 2013 he had two stents fitted into his right coronary artery after having angina for about 3 or 4 years old patientwhich he thought was indigestion. The artery was pretty much blocked. I'm trying to persuade him to look after himself and so I'm asking you to tell me the prognosis if he doesn't change his lifestyle. Other contributing factors are he has type 2 diabetes which is poorly controlled, he has varicose veins on his legs which are severe, he has bipolar disorder, glaucoma and the start of cataracts. Lately he's been having headaches above his left eye with fullness and popping in his years old patientwhich affect his balance. He's also been a bit unusually moody. The medications he takes are simvastatin lithium paroxetine omeprazole beta blockers and aspirin. Please tell me as much as possible so I can pass this on. Thank you.
