I saw the picture and it is the redness only that i can appreciate. Since how long do you have the redness? Is it itchy? What have you applied on it so far? Is it located anywhere else on the body?

The peeling of the skin of the palms seems to be benign and is common in winters.

You can apply a moisturizing Lotion on it.

I can appreciate only redness. I couldnt make out any dots. The redness doesn't seem to be worrisome. Maybe it occurred due to application of some irritant.

I would recommend application of cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for a week.

These seem to be Folliculitis. Its a bacterial infection of the skin.

I would recommend application of Mupirocin cream twice a day for a week. .

You will require a prescription for the same.
