Pain, sensitivity in bladder during intercoarse after pregnancy.

Resolved Question:

Numerous health problems no answer. I'm female, 31 and haven't had a menstraul cycle since December of 2011 due to pregnany and breastfeeding.
Sept 2014 bladder sensitivity, frequency pain in bladder during intercourse, std test urine test were clear. Experienced this twice I think it may have been related to constant use of grapefruit seed extract. I had an ultrasound that didn't show any fibroids or abnormalities hurt tiny cysts on both ovaries.
In November I had what I believed was constipation. Caused severe left lower abdominal pain, went to er had ct scan with out contrast and it showed nothing but moderate stool in intestines. The er doctor dismissed that tho and suggested a ruptured cyst. 2/3 days of pain followed by a very tender abdomin for 3/4 more days. Painful gas, sphincter spasms before bowel movements and bloating. The same thing happened again in December almost exactly a month later but in my right. Since it was in the right I feared appendicitis so I went back to the er. Try sen me home after normal blood test. Didn't feel te need to investigate further due to no elevated wbc. Same symptoms spasms, bloating, a couple days of pain and a couple days of a very tender abdomin. I started taking culturelle following December er trip and still had an episode a month later in January. Lower left, same symptoms. Although this one started out more crampy. I thought maybe I was finally getting my period but then the familiar symptoms showed up pain, bloating, spasms and tenderness.

As of this past week I had different stuff pop up. It started as a really bad head ache in the back of my head. Went down my neck then disappeared in 30 minutes. Followed by days of on and off jaw pain and popping, ear pain and fullness, nasal fullness and pressure. Head pressure. One dry eye that was affecting my vision. My vision is fine now. Still having random pressure. I am stressed. I do clench my jaw and need dental work. Someone please help. I've been to the er 4 times and seen 4 different doctors and no one has given me any answers. I'm switching my pcp and am currently awaiting a obgyn ad gastroenterology appointment. Now wondering if I need to see a neurologist or an ent... I've uploaded my results from previous appointments as well as the ct scan and ultrasound findings. Thank you

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have reviewed your entire history, and such recurrent abdominal pain could be due to Proctalgia Fugax.
It occurs due to spasm of the pelvic floor muscle. The cause is still not well established.
The other causes include proctitis, anal fissure and solitary rectal ulcer syndrome.
Regarding the headache, it could be secondary to all the stress you have been having. Do you repeatedly clench your jaw? Even that can lead to headache associated with pain around the jaw. What about your blood pressure?
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
