I have reviewed the pics. You have got slight infection but nothing much to worry about. You need to clean the area twice daily with warm water.
I will advise you to see your surgeon and start local application of antibiotic cream such as local neosporin ointment, and also consider starting oral antibiotic like Tab. Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 7 days.
