Thanks for the picture.
It looks like a scar, a scar is a change in tissue which is not easily reversible.
I would recommend you try application of poly-silicon gel on it. It may resolve after a few weeks of application, but not completely.

Usually scars don't resolve so easily. Most of the times its an irreversible change.
