Without looking at you, it is difficult to say what problem you are having.
A doctor would need to examine you internally to rule out the cause of the pain and discomfort.
Can you upload some clear pictures of the area that you are mentioning, where you seem to find a swelling ?
That would enable me to have some kind of idea what we are talking about here.

I did upload a picture already and it is the clearest I think I will get. This is it once again: This is the only place I see for uploading a picture. Does this mean one of my followup questions is already used providing a picture I already provided? That's not very encouraging.

Thank you for your follow up.
I tried seeing the picture you sent, but it is not very clear and I realise it is also not possible to send a clearer image.
It is better if you get it physically examined as soon as possible.
Please see a Specialist - OB GYN, and have an internal exam, a Pap smear and a vaginal ultrasound plus vaginal swab to rule out any infection.
Use some kind of lubricant during sex.
Also, have protected sex till this issue is resolved.
