Skin tag near vaginal opening which bleed, itchy. Treatment?

I noticed what seemed like a skin tag in my genital area. It was a bigger than it is now. Near the opening of my vagina and anus. I have attached pictures. They bleed sometimes. Quite itchy and sometimes inflammatory. And this morning saw green fluid in my vagina

These seem to be genital warts. I would recommend visiting your doctor and getting them burnt off . Since you gave a history of bleeding it would be best to get it treated as soon as possible.
