Something came out after defecation. INTESTINAL WORM?

Resolved Question:

I believe that I may have some sort of intestinal worm that I just passed. I had food poisoning out in the Chinese countryside just 4 days ago while celebrating Chinese new year. However as I live in China, it could be just as easily be an undigested noodle, hence I'm not sure. It came out while in the shower, just minutes after I had defecated. I will be upload a picture of what it is

I understand your concern.
I have seen the picture that you sent, and it does look more like an undigested noodle than a worm. The only worms that are as lengthy are the tapeworm, and they normally come out in bulk. However, the possibility can't be ruled out. Do you still have diarrhoea?
You are supposed to take Ciprofloxacin for 3-5 days twice daily. Did you just take 2 tablets and not complete the course?
