Swollen ankle without pain. How to reduce it?

Hello, I am wondering whats wrong with my ankles . I am 5'4" , approx . 190 lbs female. I have what looks like a swollen ankle but it is just a very soft mushy feeling area next to my ankle. It does not hurt. I just want it gone. It does not look nice when I wear my heels. See attached pics. ( I am not kidding).
Is there a procedure to reduce this swollen ankle look?

Looking at all your details, you seem to have either a collection of fluid in your ankle joint or in a superficial bursa (tissue cushion between two tendons or between bone and tendon etc).
Your doctor may examine this & may inject a steroid injection into your joint. This will reduce the swelling. You should also avoid wearing excessive heels because this puts excessive stress over ankle joints.
