Just a day or two variations doesn't mean she can pregnant. Usually it's normal for a variation of 1 week to occur. I suggest she wait for a week, if she hasn' yet got her period. Then go for urine pregnancy test. It's important you were a condom even if you are making out. This can lessen your chances of getting pregnant etc.

If she is pregnant, then you can go I for abortion. But, that has to be done only by a authorized doctor in hospital set up. It's allowed in 1st trimester and safer as well. I still consider you talk to your parents if going for abortion especially her parents, as it has its complications.
