From the picture that you have sent, the lesions are genital warts.
The best treatment for genital warts is application of aldara cream which contains imiquimod or application of podophyllin.
You would need a prescription for these creams.
The warts will resolve with the treatment. However, its advisable to use a condom during sexual activity.

Hi, if I take a closer look.. it does look like the pearly penile papules. As I only have 3 of it at the back of my penis just below my gland. I've seen some pictured with people having pearly papules around the neck of the gland. Is it warts or penile papules? If you said warts.. is it hpv?

It's warts which is caused by hpv. Pearly penile papules would never be three in no. but many more.
These are classical lesions of warts.
It would be best to treat it as early as possible.

Warts are a std. They are contagious to your partner . They are curable with the treatment o mentioned earlier and its advisable to use a condom till they resolve.
