Will surgery treat without pain, PARTIAL ACHILLES TENDON TEAR?

Resolved Question:

I had an MRI done on my left Achilles Tendon and it says partial tear and thickening of the tendon. I have had troubles with this Achilles before on both (off and on for 4 years old patientnow). I've been told degenerative Achilles etc...

I had surgery on my right Achilles and ended up with a full rupture 6 months later.

I know that you can't diagnos me over the internet. But a question I have is, since I have had this problem and re-injured it. Will the Achilles ever return to normal? Should I have surgery. I am skeptic about surgery afet the pain and time from the first one then having a rupture later.

At your age you should not take chance in conservative treatment, as there are decrease healing processes. Surgery will help in inducing good and sound healing in good hands.
My opinion is towards the surgery side as there are increase chances that you may have relief from pain.
