Dr. McLean attended the United States Military Academy at West Point-majored in life science, then attended Medical School in Bethesda MD, Completed his internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu HI. 
He then returned to Washington DC and completed a Residency in Anesthesia at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He then Went to school for Acupuncture, completed fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Walter Reed. 
 
He currently resides in Hawaii where he is a staff Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Physician at Tripler Army Medical Center.
