Abdominal pain, constipation, nausea with weight loss. Cause?

I believe my husband been misdiagnosed. He suffer from upper abdominal pain, chronic constipation throughout the day and night, nausea, abdominal swelling and pain but weight loss. he has unusual frequent dark urination. First they thought it was just acid reflex and gave him famtodine. then second time they thought it was a stomach virus and gave him tramadol then third time they gave him muscle relaxant and said he pulled a abdominal muscle and that's why he is hurting. What is wrong with him. He had no bowel movement for over a week. Prior to the first er visit he was pooping green stools for a couple days.

1. Complete blood count
2. Blood glucose
3. Thyroid function test
4. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen
5. Upper GI Endoscopy
6. Test for H.pylori
7. Stool occult blood test
8. Colon transit study.
