Treatment includes local laser , application of drugs to the warts and excision. Yes, you would be infective(with a potential to spread the infection) lifelong, inspite of treatment. Even if the wards are removed, you would still be capable of transmitting the virus. 3. The possibility is less likely, a biopsy is always confirmative, since I can only see the picture as you can understand, and not examine you by touching and feeling. 4. You could have caught it from any of your sexual partners , the disease can lie latent from weeks to months to years, there is no way of saying when you caught the virus. 5. There are no serious dangers from warts. Warts are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus ( HPV ), and some strains of HPV are known to be associated with cervical and oral cancers.
