Bell's palsy double sided

Resolved Question:

My daughter has been sick with sinus pressure for a while then her mouth started to become numb. Over a couple of days her feet hands legs then arms became numb. We went to her regular doctor and they noticed high blood pressure. Gave her antibiotic and new cough meds with a shot of rocepherin. That night her right side of her face went limp. Went to the ER and they thought Bell's palsy. Now on anti viral, steroid and pain pills. That night after ER the otherside of face limp. She has had ER meds for a day and a half now. They said to be patient but I wonder if I should take her back...

In Bell's Palsy only one side of the face will go limp (never both sides). Also there will not be any numbness or weakness of of arms and legs. I would like to know some additional details from you so that I can provide a solid and learned opinion.

1. Is she having trouble in closing an eye ? If so which eye ?
2. Is there any weakness of arms or legs (trouble in raising arms, trouble in sitting up ? difficulty in climbing stairs ?)
3. Is there any trouble in passing urine ?
4. Is there a deviation of angle of the mouth ? If so to which side ?
