If you have blood coming out with sputum, it needs further evaluation. It could be due to a chronic pharyngitis ( if you have a history of recurrent cold ). Since it is also coming out of nose, sinus pathology needs to be ruled out. In chronic sinusitis cases, patients present with recurrent cold and throat infections, without headache or facial pain.
It will be really helpful if you can get the following investigations done and follow-up with me :
1) CBC with ESR.
2) X-RAY/ CT Para-Nasal Sinuses ( PNS ).
3) Sputum Culture.
Kindly get these investigations done and upload your results. I will guide you further.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your response, sir i consult with ENT specialist on three days before he suggest me to do pranayam daily and use nosal drop two or three time on daily basis, now the blood quantity has been reduced but not eliminate, daily when i wake up in the morning and split there is small blood come out with spectrum(Bulgum) the colour of bulgum is yellow, also there is low headache when i move my neck.
Also there is a pain on left arm or chest side since one month even i consult with doctor then he suggest that is a musculer pain and he give me some tablets after using one day course pain is out but after some time it again start.

Only Pranayam and nasal drop is not going to treat the infection.
Kindly get the investigations done as I mentioned and you also need an antibiotic like Cap. Augmentin 625 mg twice daily for 5-7 days. Yellow mucus suggests infection. The investigations will help us understanding the source.
