I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are you going through.
Long acting antipsychotic risperidal consta needs to be given intramuscular for its effect to persist for 2 weeks. Now the bulk of muscle is in the buttocks , thigh and shoulders. If its given in this place then the long acting medicine will work properly.
It is not given anywhere in the foot as there is no muscle mass and hence the medicine may not get absorbed.

The problem is that I suspect that I have been injected with an AntiPsychotic (which one I am not sure) probably not Risperidone but that which could also be injected Subcutaneously (like fluphenazine decanoate).
Can such an Antipsychotic be injected Subcutaneously in the Feet? (like fluphenazine decanoate )

Fluphenazine decanoate can be given sub cutaneously but the most common site is again the front of thigh or the arms and forearms. The feet have a thick skin and less vasularity with lot of nerve endings. Making it very pain sensitive and also the absorption is not appropriate . So its not the usual accepted place if the doctor has option of other places to give.

If lets say I was injected with Prolixin standard dose in my feet how long would the effect last?. (considering feet does not have good absorption).

It may last for a maximum period of 3-4 weeks. There after the medicine deteriorates.

Risperidon concentrations can be measured using HPLC but the facilities are there only in certain special labs. You may get the information from your local lab.
