Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
The infection that you could have picked up by giving oral is herpes, provided the partner had a rash or open sores.
Herpes normally presents with a cluster of sores in the mouth with throat symptoms. Since you have a full-blown flu, as you mentioned, it sounds more like an URTI.
You should consult your local physician and get a prescription for an antibiotic course. A good choice antibiotic would be Cap. Augmentin 625 mg twice daily to be taken for 5-7 days. If you have runny nose and nasal congestion, you can take Tab. Levocetirizine 5 mg once daily at bed time.
Once you start the treatment you will feel better,
Regards,
Dr. Jay

Ok, thank you, but what is a URTI? I have had no sore throat. Last night my fever broke after 3 days and I soaked my sheet with sweat. After changing the sheets I felt notably better this morning I had only a huge headache and felt weak but better.
Also, I did have small bump come up on the inside of my upper lip. There was no pain and after 4 days it is still there. No blister. It looks a little grayish in color. I think it is some kind of cyst or something.

Hello,
Will it be possible for you to upload an image of the bump you described?
It will help me understand the etiology.
Regards.

My blood pressure has been 135/78 106 pulse is that something important to know about?

URTI is upper respiratory tract infection.
Sore throat is not mandatory in all cases.
I need to see the blister to be able to comment.
BP is fine, pulse is slightly high, how was it measured?
Regards.

The small bump is gone. It dissolved by itself. I never tried to pinch it as I wanted to see what it would do. It never erupted, no sore or abrasion left behind. Was there for three days and left today.
The BP was done with a home wrist digital unit. I did it three times. First was 140/78 114 GB then seconds after it was 133/78 106hb and then 135/78 106hb.
My head is killing me. I can't go to work it hurts so bad. Taking Motrin and Tylenol swapping them out every four hours.

If the bump resolved by itself, then there is nothing to worry about.
The headache could be because of your BP or could be because of vascular migraine.
I will advise you to take Tab. Naproxen for relief, twice daily after every 8 hours.
Regards.
