Does the pic shows BLOOD VESSELS trying to heal?

I went to the eye doctor yesterday and she took a picture of my eye, she said it could be a blood vessels trying to heal itself, she really did not know so she is sending me to a retina specialist but i was wondering has anyone seen something like this in someones eye? I put a red circle on top of it it squiggly and the rest a straight

It looks like a tortuous vessel, which can be because of a life style disease , like hypertension / diabetes or rarely a bleeding disorder , you need to consult a retina specialist , no doubt about it, as we need to correlate the symptoms with findings.
Also, get CBC checked to evaluate any bleeding disorder, and get your RBS done too.
