Fatigue and pop in mid spine after viral infection

Resolved Question:

Hi. In September I became ill with a cold/viral infection and since then I've still been dealing with occasional light-headedness and fatigue. I've noticed pressure behind my nose.

Also, every few hours when I take a deep breath I feel a pop in my mid-spine and I feel as if that area is being pressed upon.

Background: I"m 31 y/o female with a family history of diabetes, asthma and heart disease, otherwise healthy.
