You can Tab. Ondansetron 4 mg STAT and you can take it before every meal to prevent further nausea and vomiting.

No but ever since then I have sharp pains above my right hip bone and am getting severe nausea and even bloody stool is this all really bad

It sounds like an acute colitis.
You need to start an antibiotic after consulting your family physician.
Most of these infections are due to gut bacteria such as E.Coli.
A course of Tab. Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for 3-5 days. Additionally, a course of probiotics twice daily will also be helpful in aiding digestion.

That would make sense cause I ate a really chewy and possiblely half cooked pork chop the night before this started, and do I need to visit an ER?
