I have been on my period since Saturday and I was supposed to take my first pill of a new pack of gianvi Birthcontrol on saturday but did not start it until Tuesday and had unprotected sex, and was wonderinfg if I should take the plan b pill and still take my birthcontrol normally or if I should start a new pack after I take plan b and my period comes

There is no need to take the Plan B whatsoever, as you cannot fall pregnant on those days.
