Increased urinary urgency, grey hairs in body. Nerve damage?

Resolved Question:

My doctor can't figure out what is causing me to be sick, can you help? Is not diabetes either. Started with sudden urinary urgency which was bad for 3 months then got better for awhile then got bad again and all these other symptoms started popping up. I'm 23 years old, female, and I'm also starting to go grey all of a sudden. Heaps of grey hairs. And fast. Doctor said it's normal or stress, but I feel it's due to whatever this main problem is, it's throwing my body out of whack.

? Bladder muscle spasms- nerve damage?
?Eye problems- trouble focusing, trouble adjusting to light changes
?Sore back and ache in spine
?Irritation in head, burning dull ache
?Fever like feeling in head and neck
?Externally lumpy neck
?Change in skin- lots of acne, greasy skin
?Change in hair- greasy roots, abundance of grey hairs, thinning
?General fatigue and weakness
?Whirring sound in ear
?Occasional altered state of mind, fearful, agitated
?Memory problems, trouble properly remembering things, can only focus on immediate present, brain fog
?Trouble concentrating, thinking, like brain is tired
?Twitching in arms and legs

Tests done- results:
?Several blood tests- inflammatory response
?CT scan- fine
?Ultra sound on bladder and kidneys- fine
?Cystoscopy and hydrodilation- bladder function fine

Hello,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your multiple symptoms and feel you deserve an evaluation by a neurologist. It is unfortunate that a proper diagnosis has not yet been made and you are not feeling well.
Clinical neurological examination should be followed by MRI of brain and spine. Blood tests for vitamin B 12 and D levels should be done, if not already done.
I hope it helps.
Best wishes,
Dr. Sudhir Kumar MD (Medicine), DM (Neurology)

Is that all? Do you have any ideas or theories as to what it sounds like?

Thank you for getting back.
Sorry for being brief, as I thought more details could un-nerve you. Moreover, the possibilities can be narrowed down after examining you. Right now, there are multiple theories regarding what could be wrong with you. Since you have asked, I shall let you know about them. However, you should remember that these are only possibilities, and not yet confirmed. Confirmation would require additional testing.
1. Multiple sclerosis- this is a demyelinating disorder of brain, spinal cord and optic nerves. MRI of brain or spine would be needed to confirm/exclude this disease.
2. Collagen vascular disease- These diseases have a tendency to affect multiple organ systems, such as skin, blood, nervous system, kidneys, hair, etc. Blood tests such as ANA, anti dsDNA, ANCA, etc may help in confirming/excluding them.
3. Vasculitis- This refers to inflammation of blood vessels and can affect multiple organ systems just like collagen vascular diseases. Blood tests, angiogram and biopsy of affected tissue would help in confirming or excluding them.
4. CNS infection/systemic infection- this would require tests such as lumbar puncture, and blood tests to exclude/confirm them.
5. Brain ischemia- lack of blood flow to brain. Can be excluded by MRI/angiogram of brain.
6. Vitamin B12 /vitamin D deficiency.
I hope it helps.
Best wishes,

Thank you for your time, it's much appreciated.
None of those possibilities sound particularly good, so I will be sure to have them check out as soon as possible.
Thank you again,
