Itchy, red bumps, rash in thigh using BACTROBAN. Treatment?

red rash on inner thigh. itchy, small little red bumps, not breaking skin or anything else. Been using Bactroban for a year. it comes and goes. i will use cream, it goes away, then 2 months later it will come back. repeats. First started when i as on a ship working. was not sleeping with anyone.
