Hello,

Thank you for asking your queries at DoctorSpring. I discussed your consult with our team Hepatologist (Dr.Ratnakar Kini). We understand your concerns, how we require some additional information form you so that we can provide our best learned opinion.

1. How pronounced is the night sweats ? To an extent of getting drenched in the sweat ? or just noticeable ?

2. Do you have nausea and vomiting everyday ? Or occasional ? When exactly did it start ? Was there any triggering factor (like starting a medication)

3. You have mentioned 'malnutrition' - Could you please explain bit more ? How was it diagnosed ?

4. Is there any particular reasons for taking supplements ? - especially Magnesium, Vitamin A etc

5. The morphine and pain meds are for the back pain from what I understand (Please correct me if I am wrong)

6. Do you what kind of elevations are there on the LFT . Bilirubin elevation / Enzymes etc.

You can reply as a followup
Thank you
