MICROLITH IN KIDNEY IN CT scan. Treatment?

I had a 5mm stone in rt.kidney pelvis and was given temporary unfitness.I got a CT scan done as usg reports were conflicting.It showed a microlith in lower pole of rt.kidney pelvis.What should be the course of treatment.
